Where can I use it?+
At either of our outlets — Pathumwan or Udomsuk. The balance is shared between both.
What can I spend it on?+
Food, soft drinks, coffee, and alcohol — at face value. The credit can't be combined with Ladies' Night, Trivia Night, or Happy Hour pricing. At checkout, you pick whichever deal is better for you.
Does my balance expire?+
Your ฿2,000 principal never expires. The +฿200 bonus expires 6 months after you top up. So if you top up on 24 June 2026, the bonus is good until 24 December 2026.
How do I check my balance?+
Message us on LINE — reply with the word "balance" and our team responds within an hour during open hours (7:30 AM – Midnight, Tue–Sun). Or ask any staff member at the counter.
Can I get a refund?+
Wallet credit is store credit — non-refundable and non-transferable. If something's gone wrong, talk to the owner directly and we'll work it out.
Can I top up more than ฿2,000?+
Right now we're testing with the ฿2,000 tier only. Bigger top-ups (฿5,000 and ฿10,000 with larger bonuses) are coming after we finish the soft launch.
Do Wallet top-ups earn member points?+
Yes — every ฿1 of Wallet top-up earns 1 loyalty point toward your Bronze → Platinum tier. So a single ฿2,000 top-up puts you most of the way to Silver in one go.
