Payment must be completed at the time of placing an order. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled within a limited window after placement. Once food preparation has begun, cancellations may not be accepted. Refunds for eligible cancellations or order issues will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Please contact us if you experience any issue with your order.

4. Membership

BamBite may offer membership programmes with associated benefits and rewards. Membership terms, pricing, and benefits are subject to change with reasonable notice. Points and rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable.
